1. ELIGIBILITY
The INYOUN SKIN Preorder Contest ("Contest") is open to legal residents of [eligible countries, e.g., the United States] who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of INYOUN SKIN and its associated companies are not eligible to participate.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on 04.24.25 and ends on 05.25.25 ("Promotion Period"). All eligible purchases and contest submissions must be made within this time frame.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Contest, participants must:

• Purchase at least one (1) Nourishing Body Sheet Mask pack during the preorder launch.
• Submit a written review sharing your honest genuine experience.
• Post a piece of content on social media tagging @inyounskin (on Instagram or TikTok)
• Ensure the purchase and submission are completed within the Promotion Period.

Each qualifying purchase and complete contest entry counts as one (1) entry (maximum)
4. JUDGING CRITERIA & WINNER SELECTION
A panel of judges selected by INYOUN SKIN will review all valid entries based on the following criteria:

• Creativity (40%) – Unique and compelling storytelling.
• Originality (30%) – Personal perspective and authenticity.
• Passion for skincare (30%) – Demonstration of enthusiasm and knowledge.

The entry with the highest cumulative score will be selected as the winner. The judging panel’s decision is final and binding.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a free trip to Seoul, South Korea, which includes:

• Round-trip airfare from a major airport near the winner’s residence (determined by INYOUN SKIN).
• Hotel accommodations for 4 nights.
• A guided tour of the INYOUN SKIN factory and key locations in Seoul.
  Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $4000

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS
The winner will be notified via email or the contact information provided at the time of purchase within 7 days after the Promotion Period ends. The winner must:

• Respond within 2 days to confirm acceptance of the prize.
• Sign a liability waiver releasing INYOUN SKIN from responsibility for travel risks.
• Ensure they have a valid passport and visa (if required) for travel to South Korea.

If the winner does not meet these requirements or fails to respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
• The winner is responsible for any travel-related expenses not covered in the prize, including but not limited to meals, transportation within Korea, and personal expenses.
• By entering, participants grant INYOUN SKIN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their submission for marketing and promotional purposes.
• INYOUN SKIN reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances affect its integrity.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
INYOUN SKIN and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may prevent participation. INYOUN SKIN is also not responsible for travel disruptions, cancellations, or force majeure events affecting the prize.

9. PRIVACY POLICY
Participant information collected for this Contest will be used in accordance with INYOUN SKIN’s Privacy Policy.

10. SPONSOR
This Contest is sponsored by INYOUN SKIN. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party social media platforms.

11. DISPUTES
Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Delaware.
